My stay at New Sairme was quite enjoyable with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The food quality, especially the Georgian cuisine, was impressive, and the heated outdoor swimming pool was a great touch (particularly refreshing in January!). However, I experienced some slow service during breakfast and found the evening music a bit loud for my taste.
